Here is a summary of HouseSimple's home sale process:
Step1
Decide which fee option suits you best then just call or email them to book a home visit. HouseSimple will then arrange a home visit (whenever is convenient for you) to take the images for the 360° virtual tours, further photos, create detailed floor-plans and clear descriptions of your property and of course, put up your For Sale board. Once you've arranged a HIP (if needed) and given them the go-ahead to market your home they'll need the details of your conveyancing solicitor.Step 2
They will then upload your property details onto Housesimple.co.uk and all the big property-shop type websites like Home.co.uk, Primelocation, Rightmove, Findaproperty, Propertyfinder and Fish4homes (to name a few - see their marketing network). So within 48 hours of being given instructions to market your property it will be viewed by millions of potential buyers.Step 3
Whenever a potential buyer contacts HouseSimple about your property they will contact you directly to arrange a suitable date and a time to view your property. After each viewing they will gather feedback from the buyer and upload it all onto your private statistics site.Step 4
As soon as they've found you a potential buyer who makes an offer HouseSimple let you know in writing (as well as giving you a call). If their offer isn't right then they will negotiate for you until you're happy with the price.Step 5
When you accept the offer, HouseSimple will write a confirmation letter to both solicitors who should then get on with the legal process. When both the solicitors are content with the particulars of the sale they will agree a date to exchange contracts. A deposit is usually paid at this point by the purchaser and held by the solicitor.Step 6
