"We believe that this package is all that most people will require to sell their house online. Once payment is received and our Agency Agreement is signed we will send a professional to produce your property details and take photographs of your property. We will then market your property over our 'Property Search Network' including Rightmove.co.uk and Home.co.uk."

The 'Classic' home selling process:

1. Contact Simply4Property.
2. Agree on the selling package you require.
3. You receive a contract to sign via email.
4. Pay your fee.
5. Set your selling price.
6. Simply4Property visit your property to take photos and take down the details.
7. Confirm your property details.
8. Your property is put on the market.
9. Simply4Property arrange viewings and give feedback.
10. You show potential buyers around your property.
11. The Buyer makes you an offer and you handle the negotiations.
12. You accept a buyer's offer.
13. You send out the Letter of Acceptance and the Memorandum of Sale.
14. You and your solicitor progress the sale to completion.

Classic Plus Package - £549.00

"This is our second package and covers everything in the Classic Package as well as the negotiations and initial legal proceedings. We believe that most sellers are capable of handling these extra bits themselves. We would suggest that you pay for the Classic Package and try to do-it-yourself. If you find that you do not want to, do not have time to or just do not like handling the negotiations then you can upgrade your package at any time by paying the difference."

This will create local awareness that your property is for sale as well as increase the volume of potential buyers that will view our website and therefore your property."

Sole Agency Or Not?

"We do not offer a 'Sole Agency' agreement. We believe that if you want to market your property with other agents then that is up to you, we will not punish you by asking for a bigger fee if you choose that route."
