Local HIPs are the original Home Information Pack solution from Home.co.uk. Since the introduction of Local HIPs, we have found more competitive HIP deals but a free quote for a Local HIP is still worth requesting, especially if your property is leasehold. Local HIPs are an industry standard HIP solution, used by Estate Agents, at a fair price.
The estimated price for a Home.co.uk Local HIP for any registered freehold property is around £360+VAT. The estimated price for a Home.co.uk Local HIP with a Home Condition Report (optional) is around £600+VAT.

Standard HIPs from Home.co.uk are a highly economical Home Information Pack solution. Standard HIPs are certified by AHIPP and produced in association with Hipstar.
The basic price for a Home.co.uk Standard HIP for any registered freehold or leasehold property is £275+VAT. This price is for an electronic version of your HIP, in PDF format, that you may download, then write to CD or other electronic storage media such as a USB drive, or print.
