You can never underestimate the power of a board outside your property, as it will increase the local awareness of your home. HouseNetwork do not demand that you have a board, and can only advise you on what's of benefit to you and your sale.
On the day of the home visit, the HouseNetwork employed agent will deliver the board facia for you to install when you are ready. If you wish for the contractor to install the board on your behalf, there is an additional fee of £15.00, which can be paid when you book the home visit appointment.
Note: Once the board have been delivered to you they become your property. As such it is your responsibility to take them down once you sell your property, or re-erect them if they are affected by weather conditions. HouseNetwork are not liable for the loss of your board or any damage the board may cause.
