HouseNetwork market your property traditionally through branded For Sale Boards and more importantly invest heavily in the Internet. They have over 150 web partners totaling over 15 million buyer sessions per month through portal advertising including Rightmove, Findaproperty and Home.co.uk where your properties will be listed as a Premier Property.

Good Value

Depending on which service you choose, HouseNetwork sellers can save over £3,900 when compared to using a traditional estate agent to sell a £200K property at a typical 2% commission.

HouseNetwork visit every property that they market through a visual design service, and offer Virtual Tours, Floor Plans, unlimited digital photographs and particulars. You also receive a branded For Sale sign to enhance your marketing.

HouseNetwork charge a £199 visual design fee (+VAT), for your very own dedicated website, plus 0.25% capped at £199 (+VAT) payable on completion if sold by HouseNetwork. Pay the up-front visual design fee to start the marketing process, and they'll do the rest.

Multiple Agency Agreement

You can use the HouseNetwork online estate agency service without any consequences

Sole & Joint Agency Agreement

In this case it is recommended that you request that your current agent's fees remain the same alongside the HouseNetwork agreement.

HouseNetwork Contract

The HouseNetwork does not believe in sole agency agreements and their contract with you is simply based on them selling your property. They do not penalise you if you decide to market your property with an additional agent.

Home Information Packs

HouseNetwork operate an open policy where HIPs are owned by their vendors rather than the estate agent. This means that you can use them for any marketing activity you may desire for your property. HIPs purchased through HouseNetwork are very competitively priced and they offer quick production with their own dedicated Energy Inspector Panel. HouseNetwork charge £295+VAT (immediate payment) or £349+VAT (deferred payment - 9 months credit)
