Since the introduction of Local HIPs, we have found more competitive HIP deals but a free quote for a Local HIP is still worth requesting, especially if you value the work of locally based solicitors and energy inspectors. Local HIPs are an industry standard HIP solution, used by Estate Agents, at a fair price.
The estimated price for a Home.co.uk Local HIP for any registered freehold property is around £269+VAT. The estimated price for a Home.co.uk Local HIP with a Home Condition Report (optional) is around £600+VAT. A £25 surcharge is payable for leasehold and unregistered properties.
