Home.co.uk tracks almost every property advertised for sale on the web from the day it is first marketed until its details are removed. We also track when each property is listed as Under Offer, Sold STC and Sold.
Hence, for each property listed as Under Offer, Sold STC or Sold, we calculate how long since it was first marketed. We calculate, on a daily basis, and present the Average (mean) and Typical (median) number of days it has taken for properties in a particular geographical area to reach one of those statuses. The calculations use data for each property listed as Under Offer, Sold STC or Sold during the last 90 days.
